Sometimes, a sign does not suffice..

1During my morning jog, I ran across a sign that made me smile. Traffic signs now come with further instructions to help drivers understand the original sign. Stop. When a driver is at a stop sign,  is it not a part of proper protocol to look both ways? The sign is also addressed to Richmond, VA residents. I have come with my own traffic sign instructions.
