My Emotional Logic.

They are securely locked in an embrace that cannot be explained.  He drowns in her beauty and she relishes in his strength. Then there is that flowing adrenalin that is only felt when one is next to someone who they are magnetic to. There is a discreet warmth in the way they touch. He comforts her. She encourages him. They fear any consequences that their bond may bring, we all know what happens when our hearts begin to sing.


No, heart! Do not sing that happy tune.

To love, you must remain immune.

Be logical. Why emotions must you bring?

Just be patient. We know what happens when you rush.

You break.

Maybe my logic is twisted. Maybe emotions can have more blessings than consequences.

 That is the chance you take.
